Shiras Winery was born from a simple conviction: that the Colorado Grand Valley's high-altitude climate produces wines of extraordinary character. Since our founding, we've dedicated ourselves to sustainable viticulture and meticulous winemaking.

Our estate vineyards thrive at elevations between 4,500 and 5,000 feet, where dramatic temperature swings concentrate flavor and build the structured tannins that define our signature style.
